      我公司木粉机是是我司自主研发成功的，采用国内外的高科技先进技术最新研制的一种新型细微木制粉设备，该机综合了国内外各种传统木粉机的粉碎原理加以创新，由传统的一种粉碎原理的木粉机,通过我公司科研人员的大胆设想,并综合国内外多种的粉碎原理成功研制成集三种粉碎原理为一体的高效节能木粉粉碎机,广泛应用于木塑、制香、造纸、食用菌基地等领域的新型制粉设备。

     该机为水滴式风冷木粉机，采用二次打击粉碎和分部粉碎的原理，解决了纤维状特性的物料在通用粉碎机中无法达到高细度或者难以稳定连续通过粉碎机筛网的难题。该机制作精细，加工工艺高，基本构造包括圆筒筛板、锤片转子、锤片和固定在锤片转子周围的冲击齿板。其工作原理是将物料引入冲击齿板、筛板与旋转锤片之间的空间，利用锤片等对物料的打击和摩擦作用，将物料粉碎成60-120目细小的粉末，是一种冲击式粉碎设备。

      木粉机外型美观，坚固耐用，产量高，比传统的木粉机效率提高了50%以上，是目前任何粉碎设备都无法替代的理想制粉设备。 

   通过实践证明同等配置下我们木粉机的产量比同行业的其它厂家高出至少20%。

    Wood powder making machine is a special grinding equipment and the success of our company and development of independent innovation, which is widely applicable for WPC industry, incense making, etc.

    Adopting principle that two hit smash and stepwise crushing, we have solved the problem that the fibrous material in the general mill can’t achieve the high fineness or unstable problem through the screen mesh continuously. Basic structure of the hammer mill includes the cylindrical sieve, hammer rotor, the hammers and tooth plate fixed around the hammer rotor. Its working principle is to send material into the space between the tooth plate, sieve rotary hammer blow hammer materials and rubbed role. The material is broken into a number of powders with 60-120mesh. It is a kind of grinding equipment.

    It proves that the capacity of our wood powder making machine is at least 20% more than other suppliers under the same configuration.

    全自动木粉机可以破碎杂木、竹、软木、木屑、刨花、木材废弃物、聚氯塑料、海水产物、调味品、饲料、稻壳、玉米芯、花生壳、果壳、谷糠、硬质泡沫等。

保证在接到用户故障电话后，技术回复解决方案，如电话解决不了我公司派技术人员赶赴现场亲自解决问题。

公司维护中心有24小时的电话服务，由专职的工程师受理用户来话，保证用户在使用设备的过程中，及时得到技术上的支援。

3、免费为用户调试、开通

工程师负责现场设备的安装、调试、开通、检测。设备在调试成功后，供方应书面给用户提供测试结果，在征得用户同意后供方技术人员方可撤离现场。在安装调试完成后我公司工程师会进行现场负责设备人员技术培训。

4、定期巡检

我公司将巡检制度为常规维护工作之一，即公司组织每半年对运行的设备巡检一次。公司巡检工程技术人员为主，有设计人员参与。并听取用户维护人员反映的问题及建议，不断完善产品的软硬件功能和质量。。

5、终身维护，保证用户利益
