1.本机组适于吹制PVC热收缩薄膜， 广泛应用于食品、服装、电子产品、日用品等外包装。
2.采用两次吹胀方式，使吹制的薄膜产生记忆效应，收缩率好、透明度高。
3.螺杆、机筒均采用38CRMOALA，经氮化处理和精密加工而成，硬度高、耐腐蚀、经久耐用。
4. 模头采用45号钢，镀硬铬，其结构为螺旋芯轴式，挤出的熔融料均匀，吹制的薄膜光洁度好。
5.采用循环水冷却，从而使吹制的薄膜达到最佳的透明度。
6.卷取装置采用压力磨擦收卷，或力矩电机调节，收卷平整、换卷方便。
1.This machine is suitable for producing PVC heat shrinkalbe plastic film,which is widely used for packaging food,garment, electronic products and daily necessaries,etc.
2.This machine adopts twice blowing system which leads to memory effect of plastic film.The machine can produce plastic film of good shrinking rate and high transparency.
3. Both the screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation,they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance.
4.The die-head is made of steel no.45,plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture,it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good.
5.The labyrinth air-cooling set and circulating cooling water system lead to the best transparency of film.
6. The winder adopts friction or center winder. Driven by torque motor, it has strengths of smooth winding and easy operation.
