无级变速机调速方式：
1、手轮调速：分快慢手轮和指针手轮两种。 2、配直角器调速 3、电动调速

输出显示：
1、快慢手轮：直接看不出转数
2、指针手轮：指针上显示的速度与实际输出轴转数有3-5°转的偏差。
3、数码测试仪：显示速度与实际输出转数完全一致。

工作湿度：
MB型无级变速器部件磨合（空机运转）开始时，升温可高于环境温的40°-50°，当运转60-80小时后，温度逐渐降低。温度约高于环境温度25°，并保持恒定。（注：若用2级电机时，温度升高10°-20°，这种情况属于正常现象。）

 底脚式安装，法兰式安装。

另：跑合要求：变速机跑合开始时，温升可高于正常工作的温升，当跑合60-80小时后温升逐渐降低至正常温升。在跑合期内需经常调速，以利于长期使用跑合时的高温影响正常和允许的工作条件，但对部件的使用寿命并无有害影响

安装、使用及润滑  

 
一、安装：   1、输出轴在加装联轴器、皮带轮、链轮等时，请勿重击。应用输出轴外端螺孔，旋入螺钉，压入联接件。   2、在基础上安装底座式无级变速机时应校准该机的安装中心线标高，水平度及相联部件的相关尺寸，校准传动轴的同轴度不应超过联轴器允许的范围。   3、立式MB无级变速机可任意角度安装，油位必须超过较高一侧的油标中心线。   二、使用   ：   1、在使用前，无级变速机和减速机应分别加入指定的润滑油。   2、MB无级变速机工作环境的温度不超过40℃，工作油温表面不得超过70℃。如较高的输入转数和新机使用时会出现略高的温升，经饱和运转80小时后，温升逐渐降低，此后，温升高于环境温度20℃—25℃并保持稳定温升。   3、MB无级变速机必须在开机情况下方可调速，否则将损坏零件。   4、无级变速机出厂时，调速限位螺钉已经调整在极限位置，不得任意调整，以免损坏零件。   5、无级变速机不得超过额定转矩T使用。   6、无级变速机适用于正反两向运转。   7、如更换电机，应保留原装油封的电机法兰，以免润滑油滑入电机。   三、润滑：   1、MB无级变速机专用润滑油必须使用Ub-1或Ub-3牵引液，在任何情况下，要确保牵引液按油标定量提供。变速器在工作500小时后，应更换牵引液，再工作1000小时更换一次，以后每隔2000工作小时左右更换一次牵引液。   2、MB一级齿轮部使用脂润滑，在出厂时已加入二硫化钼润滑脂，一般每工作12~18个月更换一次润滑脂。

原理  

无极变速机传动变速原理:   MB系列行星摩擦式机械无级变速器主要由压紧的主动装置、摩擦传动机构、调速控制机构组成。带锥度的主动轮和压盘被一组碟形弹簧压紧，输入轴与主动轮用键联接，而组成压紧的主动装置。一组带锥度的行星摩擦轮内侧夹在压紧的主动轮和压盘之间，外侧夹在带锥度的固定环和调速凸轮之间，而组成摩擦副；当压紧的主动装置运转时，摩擦轮就做纯滚动，由于固定环和调速凸轮不动，因此，摩擦轮在自转的同时作公转运转，通过行星摩擦轮的中心轴及滑块轴承而带动行星架转动。   转动手轮带动调速凸轮改变角向位置的同时，调速凸轮的端面曲线经平面弹子夹和固定凸轮的端面曲线作用，使调速凸轮产生轴向移动，从而均匀改变调速凸轮和固定环之间的间隔，使锥度行星摩擦轮产生径向移动。最后均匀地改变了行星摩擦轮与主动轮、压盘及固定环、调速凸轮摩擦处的工作半径，实现稳定的无级变速。
