Locks QARA 36is a medium viscosity mineral oil, specially formulated on high quality solvent refined paraffinic base oil with additives to give an accelerated quenching rate. It can achieve the hardness, which could not be obtained by straight mineral oils. It protects the component from cracking, even at the junction of the portion with different thickness. The additives present in the oil are stable over a wide range of temperature and will not dissociate or break down.QARA 36performs excellent anti-oxidation and thermal stability. The optimum bath temperatures are 20℃-80℃.
洛斯嘉来36是由高质量溶剂精炼石蜡基矿物油配合特殊添加剂而制成，能加速骤冷的速度，从而达到一般矿物油所不能得到的硬度，在工件厚簿交接处，也能防止工件爆裂。所含的添加剂极为稳定，不会因温度变化而分离和释出，嘉来36具有良好的抗氧化性及热稳定性，浴糟的最佳温度为20℃至80℃。
