JB1100/1300Model卧式分切机
主要用途：该机主要用于塑料薄膜，玻璃纸，纸张和铝箔等分切。
产品特点：
- 放卷采用普通机械轴，锥套固定，以适应芯变形的基材。
- 放卷采用纠偏，提高分切精度。
- 双手卷轴均采用气涨轴，并配备压辊。
- 收放卷张力由各自磁粉独立控制。
- 废边引导管与大功率风机，将废边由机器右侧吹出。
- 独立电器操作柜，微机集成控制，收卷计数，计米停机。
- 整机所有铝导辊采用高硬化铝导辊，并经动静平衡处理。
Application:
This device mainly for slitting plastic film, cellophane, paper and Al-foil.etc rolling material.
Feature:
- Unwind adopts with mechanical shaft,fixed by taper bushings,whichs suitable for material whose paper core is out of shape.
- Unwind adopts with epc for correcting deviation,improving the precision of slitting.
- Double rewinding shafts adopt with air shafts as well as pressure rollers on them.
- Unwind,rewind tension controlled by separately magnet powders.
- Edge guiding pipe and blower,make the wasted edge out from the right side of the machine.
- Independent computerized control closet,meter counting and stops when at pre-setting.
- Guide rollers all over the machine are all high hardness foil guide roller,with dynamic & static balance treatment.
